Legal Short Courses
Free, self-paced short courses from Peninsula Community Legal Centre that explain a few key intersecting systems family violence workers are likely to encounter. Each course is made up of videos, links to further resources, fact-sheets and more which build on the material. They are supposed to act as a bit of a training manual – with real, practical guidance on how to help and what not to do.
Family Law Amendments – Webinar
Experts from PCLC and Southside Justice are collaborating with the BPIFVP to discuss everything you need to know about the new Family Law amendments and how this impacts the family violence sector.
Learning Outcomes:
- Understand the changes to the Family Law Act and what this means for victim survivors and children.
- Increase understanding on the intersection of family violence and family law.
