We are offering a free 2.5 hour workshop for family violence workers and community workers about:

• Options to help your clients recover from financial abuse
• Your clients’ legal rights against banks and businesses about their money problems
• Practical strategies for complaining to banks and businesses
• What free Ombudsman schemes can do for your clients
• How you and your clients can get free and independent financial help and legal advice 

The workshop will include discussion of case studies and an interactive Q & A session.

The workshop will bring people together from different agencies for mutual learning – feel free to share this invitation with your colleagues.

Please note this workshop is a repeat of the workshops held in 2020, 2021 and earlier in 2022, and is not suitable for experienced financial counsellors.
