Manager Clinical Practice | Bayside & South Eastern Suburbs

As our Manager Clinical Practice you will ensure clinical oversight of around 14 Therapeutic Specialists based at our Residential Units across the state. You will provide quality clinical supervision, manage risk, lead and embed best practice models such as CARE and TCI and develop capability to ensure fidelity and practice mechanisms.

Orange Door Practitioner | Frankston

We have an exciting opportunity working for the Orange Door based in Frankston and will be across Bayside Peninsula.

The purpose of the position is to create a future where all Victorians can enjoy safe and respectful personal and family relationships, where children grow up in families that value their health, development and wellbeing.

As an Orange Door Practitioner, you will support people with advice, focusing on risk assessment, engagement, provision of an initial response and as a source of information to people referred to the Orange Door. You will work collaboratively as part of an integrated practice approach to respond to family violence and children and family vulnerability concerns.

Changing Ways Men’s Specialist Family Violence Practitioner| Frankston

Changing Ways is delivered by Bayside Health in partnership with Good Shepherd and aims to reduce the impact of Family Violence on women and children using an innovative and collaborative approach in working with men using violence. Eligibility for the program requires co-occurring AOD or Mental Health issues along with identified use of Family Violence. Changing Ways provides a case management and direct intervention response to meet the needs of participants to reduce the risk of family violence and support a holistic approach to wellbeing. The role will include a range of activities including risk assessment and management, safety planning, case management and referral, direct therapeutic interventions, post-participation and stakeholder liaison. Due to the nature of this role, there may be a requirement to work flexible hours as required.
