This training will build family violence practitioners capacities and confidence to guide and support their client through the family law system, especially when there is family violence, and children’s matters.
- To explain the process of parenting agreements, post separation
- To identify urgent children’s matters
- To explain the process of property (including debt) matters
- To identify the interaction between child protection, family law intervention orders
