Victorian LGBTIQ+ Leadership Program | DFFH

Co-designed with LGBTIQ+ communities, for LGBTIQ+ communities, the program provides a safe and supportive environment for participants to build their leadership and organisational management skills, as well as network with other LGBTIQ+ leaders.

Participants explore issues, challenges and opportunities unique to LGBTIQ+ communities and contemporary leadership theory and practice.

Note: you do not need to currently be in a formal leadership role or working in an LGBTIQ+ organisation to apply. Applications close Monday 13 March 2023.
