Leaning into Resistance Soundbyte Session supports participants to strengthen their confidence and capability in responding to resistance as a meaningful and expected part of change work. Through a reflective and practice-informed approach, participants will explore how to work constructively with defensiveness, minimisation, and dominant narratives while maintaining accountability and safety.

This 1.5 hour session touches on practical strategies for active listening, structured interruption, and navigating complex dynamics in group and individual work. Grounded in real-world practice, the training supports practitioners to balance empathy with responsibility, recognise the functions of resistance, and facilitate movement toward insight, accountability, and behavioural change.
