Social Entrapment – Working Effectively with Victim Survivors Share

May 4 @ 11:00 am - 3:30 pm
$230

Social Entrapment: Working Effectively with Victim Survivors explores the dynamics of coercive control through the lens of the Pandora Social Entrapment model. This one-day, face-to-face workshop supports practitioners to deepen their understanding of how coercive control operates within relational, social, and systemic contexts, and how it impacts safety, autonomy, and decision-making for victim survivors.
This training builds practical skills for trauma-informed, safety-focused practice across case management, counselling, and frontline response roles, with a strong emphasis on working ethically with complexity, intersectionality, and risk. Participants will engage in interactive learning, reflective discussion, and applied skill-building, and will receive access to a national Community of Practice and ongoing professional development resources.
