Small Steps: Bystander Action for Equality | Safe+Equal

This 4-hour primary prevention course builds participants’ knowledge‚ skills and confidence to be active bystanders, to safely and effectively challenge sexism, racism and homophobic attitudes in their personal and professional lives.

This short course is designed for workplaces and individuals to develop their understanding of violence against women and the role of bystander action in creating social change.

Everyone with an interest in creating safe, equitable and inclusive spaces is welcome to participate in this training

This is an entry-level course‚ and no prior knowledge of bystander approaches or primary prevention practice is necessary.
