About This Series
Pleasure, intimacy and relationships are a vital part of wellbeing and everybody deserves access to affirming, inclusive information and spaces to explore these topics safely.
This two-part workshop series is designed specifically for women and gender diverse people with a disability. The sessions will provide practical, empowering and inclusive information about pleasure, consent, communication and sexual wellbeing in a relaxed and respectful environment.
The workshops are facilitated by experienced educators and are grounded in a rights-based and inclusive framework. There is no expectation to share personal experiences: participants are welcome to engage at their own comfort level.

Session 1
Exploring Pleasure, Consent & Communication
This session focuses on building confidence and understanding around pleasure and communication.
We will explore:
- What pleasure means and why it matters for wellbeing
- Understanding affirmative consent as ongoing and mutual
- Communicating boundaries, desires and comfort levels
- Challenging stigma and myths about disability and sexuality
- Practical language and tools for real-life situations
