No To Violence: Enhanced – The Five Essential Discussion Tools

It is recommended participants complete ‘The Five
Essential Discussion Tools’ prior to undertaking
this training course.
This interactive online training session builds upon the
‘pre-tool knowledge’ that is explored in the original
Five Essential Discussion Tools package.
Content includes further exploration of the discussion
tools and the use of a case study to enhance
participant understanding of how to use the tools in
practice. This will be followed by information about
neuroplasticity and the concept of ‘name it to tame it’.
Self-reflective practice is covered, inviting participants
to explore invitations to collude and applying the
discussion tools to themselves in practice.
Finally, the training explores the application of the tools with
clients who are neurodiverse, come from a CALD
background or clients with an ABI.
