This practical session with two highly experienced trainers and practitioners focuses on the core communication skills that underpin safe, ethical, and effective work with men using family violence. We’ll explore the intentional use of questioning, reflecting, summarising, and reframing to promote accountability, reduce resistance, and keep the focus on victim survivor safety.  Participants will gain tools and strategies they can apply immediately in both group and one-on-one contexts.
