We would love for you to join us for an engaging webinar exploring the findings of the Intersectionality and Leadership research paper — and connect about how these insights and collective learning can strengthen your leadership practice in driving meaningful change.
This study contributes to the existing research base and investigates how leaders ensure an intersectional or feminist intersectional approach is embedded in everyday practice. It explores the leadership behaviours, organisational structures, and cultural factors that either enable or hinder this approach.
