Identifying critical legal issues for family violence | Women’s Legal Service Victoria
Facilitated by Women’s Legal Service Victoria and designed for specialist family violence practitioners, this two-day training will teach participants legal essentials in family violence, family law and child protection law, including how to identify critical and urgent legal issues with clients; how to provide appropriate legal information; and how to best work with lawyers to support your client through the legal system.
