Ending Homelessness – How Councils Can Make a Difference in Prevention and Response
April 29 @ 9:30 am - 2:30 pm
Free
This event for council officers will explore councils’ role in preventing homelessness and responding to people experiencing homelessness in their communities.
Through peer learning, practical tools, and real-life case studies, the workshop will empower local councils to build more inclusive and housing-secure communities.
The workshop will also serve as a springboard for pre-election advocacy, equipping local governments with the knowledge, stories, and tools needed to influence housing reform and action at all levels.
Facilitated by homelessness expert and Churchill Fellow Leanne Mitchell.
