The Community Services Mentoring Program, delivered by the Centre for Excellence in Child and Family Welfare, brings together experienced leaders and professionals to mentor emerging leaders in the community services sector across Victoria and Tasmania.

✔ Join free! The first 20 mentor-mentee pairs participate at no cost.

Who Can Apply?

Mentors:
✔ Have at least 10 years of experience in the community services sector.
✔ Are eager to support an emerging leader’s career and leadership journey.
✔ No formal qualifications are required—just practice wisdom and a commitment to mentoring.

Mentees:
✔ Are aspiring leaders looking to grow their career and leadership skills.
✔ Can be at any level of an organisation in the sector.
✔ Have 5-10 years of experience in the community services sector.
