We invite you to join Chris Gianatti (Director) and Marcus Di Blasio (Senior Associate) as they explore Victoria’s new Occupational Health and Safety (Psychological Health) Regulations 2025 (Regulations) which come into effect from 1 December 2025.

The issues we will cover include:

• Potential psychosocial hazards in the workplace;
• Psychosocial hazard identification and control;
• Specific obligations under the Victorian Regulations and WorkSafe’s Compliance Code on Psychological Health; and
• Practical steps for Victorian employers to ensure compliance.
