Aboriginal and Torres Strait Islander Mental Health First Aid Community Course | Australian Indigenous HealthInfoNet

This mental health first aid training aims to provide participants across Australia with the skills to assist Aboriginal or Torres Strait Islander adults who may be experiencing a mental health challenge or mental health crisis, until appropriate professional help is received or until the crisis is resolved.

The course will help participants learn how to recognise developing mental health concerns in a culturally appropriate way, such as anxiety, depression, substance use concerns and psychosis.
