The annual Kingston Women of the Year Awards will be presented at the International Women’s Day ceremony on Thursday 5 March 2026. The Awards celebrate the outstanding contribution that women make to industry, community and society.
Nominees are women who are leaders in their field, who inspire others, and who make a difference to our community through their exceptional professional and personal achievements.
We are celebrating nominees across four award categories:
- Young Woman of the Year – Rising Star Award
- Courageous Commitment
- Excelling in Arts or Sport
- Impact in STEM or Innovation.
What to expect

- keynote address by Shelley Ware, Australian Aboriginal TV personality and passionate advocate for women in sport and education
