PCLC Tenancy Lawyer/Advocate | Cranbourne
The Tenancy Lawyer/Advocate will work within the Tenant Assistance & Advocacy Program (TAAP) to assist vulnerable and disadvantaged renters to identify and resolve their tenancy issues through the delivery of high quality advice, casework and advocacy services.
The Tenancy Lawyer/Advocate will provide representation services as well as some duty lawyer/advocacy services in the Residential Tenancies List of the Victorian Civil & Administrative Tribunal.
The role also contributes to other aspects of the Program’s operations such as networking, community engagement, delivery of outreach services,, identification of systemic issues, reporting and administration.
