Rainbow Door is a free helpline and specialist support service that provides information, advice and referral to LGBTIQA+ Victorians, their friends and families.

Some of the issue you may contact us about may include suicidal thoughts, family and intimate partner violence (including elder abuse), issues with alcohol and other drugs, relationship issues, sexual assault, social isolation, mental health and wellbeing and access to relevant services including disability and support for older people.

Through advice, referral and support from an experienced LGBTIQA+ peer, Rainbow Door will help all LGBTIQA+ people navigate the system to access the supports we need. Rainbow Door is a free service.

Justice Q is a new specialist legal service run for and by LGBTQIA+ people.

The team includes experienced lawyers and community development workers operating to advocate for LGBTQIA+ rights and access to justice.

Free and confidential legal assistance is available to LGBTQIA+ people in the south-east with in-person and telephone appointments at our offices in Springvale and Narre Warren.

We take appointments on a first-come basis, booked two weeks in advance.

New appointments become available at:

  • Monday 9:30am
  • Wednesday 2pm
  • Thursday 2pm

These are the best times to call. At all other times we will do our best to fit you with an appointment slot as they become available.

Zoe Belle Gender Collective (ZBGC) is a trans and gender diverse (TGD) led advocacy organisation based in Victoria, Australia.

The Zoe Belle Gender Collective provides brief secondary consultation services for health and human service workers FREE of charge through:

  • Individual phone support for workers wanting to directly support a trans and gender diverse person
  • Individual secondary consultation to help workers develop inclusive services for TGD people.

Consultation: fee for service

The Zoe Belle Gender Collective (ZBGC) provides fee for service in-depth consultation services including:

  • Assisting organisations develop their TGD-inclusive practice, policies and procedures – including those seeking Rainbow Tick Accreditation
  • High-level advocacy for federal and state government and peak bodies on TGD inclusive practice.
