The Bayside Peninsula Integrated Family Violence Partnership is running a series of four information sessions in collaboration with Victoria Police that will things such as: The L17 process, liaising with FVTOs, FLVOs FVIU and understanding these roles including constraints & limitations, information sharing process, police prosecutors, the court process & more!
This session will focus on the role & responsibilities of police prosecutors and the court process.
