Better Place

Better Place Australia provides an Elder Abuse Prevention Services Program.  This provides services to older adults (non-gendered) who are experiencing elder abuse/family violence or at risk of this. 

Services include: 

• Elder abuse case management & support service (including outreach)
• Risk assessment & safety planning
• Counselling/psychoeducation
• Referrals
• In-house financial counselling
• Mediation (only if assessed as safe & appropriate).

Secondary consults are welcomed. We also can speak with concerned family members of the older person.
