DESCRIPTION:About This Series \nPleasure\, intimacy and relationships are a vital part of wellbeing and everybody deserves access to affirming\, inclusive information and spaces to explore these topics safely. \nThis two-part workshop series is designed specifically for women and gender diverse people with a disability. The sessions will provide practical\, empowering and inclusive information about pleasure\, consent\, communication and sexual wellbeing in a relaxed and respectful environment. \nThe workshops are facilitated by experienced educators and are grounded in a rights-based and inclusive framework. There is no expectation to share personal experiences: participants are welcome to engage at their own comfort level. \nPlease note: these sessions will be offered in-person only\, they will not be recorded or available online. \nSession 1  \nExploring Pleasure\, Consent & Communication \nThis session focuses on building confidence and understanding around pleasure and communication. \nWe will explore: \n\nWhat pleasure means and why it matters for wellbeing\n\n\nUnderstanding affirmative consent as ongoing and mutual\n\n\nCommunicating boundaries\, desires and comfort levels\n\n\nChallenging stigma and myths about disability and sexuality\n\n\nPractical language and tools for real-life situations\n\n\nFree cervical screening self-collection available
