The Incredibles is a structured group for children aged 7-11 years old who would like to explore fun & creative ways of expressing themselves, their thoughts and emotions in a healthy, constructive methods.
The group provides a special space where a child’s voice can be heard.
This is a small groups of 6-8 children and we will focus on:
- building self-esteem and confidence
- increasing emotional literacy
- improving coping mechanisms and emotional regulation.
Children can connect with new friends through activities, arts & crafts.
