The Separation and Property Clinic provides information about separation and property settlement arrangements with a free one-on-one appointment with a lawyer. Clinic only open on Fridays.

Separation and Property information booklet
Southside Justice
Southside Justice provide free legal service for people on low incomes in the cities of Port Phillip, Stonnington and Bayside.
Services provided: Free legal advice by appointment in relation to family violence intervention orders, family law, fines, criminal law and tenancy for people with low income based in our catchment area (LGAs of Stonnington, Port Phillip and Bayside) or referred by local community support organisations. State-wide sex workers legal program offering advice and assistance across various legal issues impacting sex workers.
