DESCRIPTION:The Safe & Together Model’s 3rd Principle focuses on interventions with perpetrators to reduce risk and harm to children.  In this webinar\, David will discuss the importance of using the language of “intervention” and  a broad definition of “accountability”  He will examine how micro -practices around language and documentation are the foundation of accountability in a  domestic violence-informed  system\, how traditional definitions of perpetrator accountability can contribute to racial inequity in the response of systems  and how practitioners can increase their capacity to keep the focus on the perpetrator and change (and away from a “failure-to-protect” approach).
