DESCRIPTION:Join RMIT and their panel of experts in an engaging discussion on masculinity and the primary prevention of violence against women. \nPanel Speakers include: \n\nShane Tas\, Senior Policy Advisor\, Masculinities at Our Watch. Shane led and authored the Men in Focus report\, launched in 2019 by the Victorian government.\n\n\nRosi Aryal\, Team Leader of Research\, Advocacy and Policy at the Multicultural Centre for Women’s Health. Rosi has several years’ experience working in health promotion and research with migrant and refugee women.\n\n\nMichael Hail\, leads the community engagement and primary prevention work of The Men’s Project at Jesuit Social Services.\n\n\nDr Victor Sojo is a Senior Lecturer in Leadership at the University of Melbourne. His research focuses on workplace equality and leadership development. He works with organisations to develop evidence-based policies and practices.
