DESCRIPTION:This session will discuss the legal changes that have taken place as a result of the Royal Commission\, particularly in reference to time limits for bringing a claim and compensation available to survivors of abuse. \nThe Redress Scheme will be discussed as well as the types of compensation that may be available\, including claims for damages against a perpetrator and/or an organisation.
