In this full-day training\, you will learn best practices for the structure\, style and language of case notes\, and develop your knowledge about how to respond to subpoenas\, appearing as a witness in court\, privacy and legal issues.\n\n\nThis training is delivered in partnership with Women’s Legal Service Victoria. Women’s Legal Service Victoria provides legal advice and representation to women experiencing disadvantage\, advocates for law and policy that respects and promotes the rights of women.
