DESCRIPTION:3 hour interactive online training session \nIt is recommended participants complete ‘The Five\nEssential Discussion Tools’ prior to undertaking\nthis training course. \nThis interactive online training session builds upon the\n‘pre-tool knowledge’ that is explored in the original\nFive Essential Discussion Tools package. \nContent includes further exploration of the discussion\ntools and the use of a case study to enhance\nparticipant understanding of how to use the tools in\npractice.
