DESCRIPTION:The Walk Alongside Me training focuses on identifying and defining coercive controlling behaviours\, and how to work to increase survivor agency and self efficacy\, using response-based practice\, and trauma- and violence-informed practice frameworks. \nWhile Family Violence Risk Assessment frameworks (including MARAM) are critical to family violence practice\, there is more to family violence response than risk assessment. \nThis training provides the conduit between risk assessment frameworks and upskilling practitioners with key theory and practice approaches to enable us to walk alongside survivors of coercive control safely\, respectfully and ethically. \n  \nRegister here
