The Mornington Peninsula Shire has opened consultation for the development of Women’s Community Housing in Rosebud.
This housing is for women with children and women over the age of 55 who are at risk of homelessness. The proposal is for around 19 self-contained 1- and 2-bedroom apartments and townhouses across 4 council owned sites. It’s medium-term housing to support independence and transitioning to permanent housing and it’s close to schools, shops and essential services.
